Amazing Waikiki pool level condo with an ocean view! This newly available upgraded condo in the Waikiki Banyan is the perfect location for your honeymoon, anniversary, or place to relax and enjoy paradise! Enjoy the ocean view from the largest lanai in the Waikiki Banyan. This lanai is over 600 square feet! In addition, this condo is one of the few that actually has a washer and dryer inside the unit. We provide on-site management in case of the unexpected. Koko Resorts, Inc. has a management office located on the 4th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 401a. We also provide other convenient amenities, free of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, portable (folding) cribs, and inflatable mattresses. Amenities can be checked out from our office on a first come basis and can be reserved up to 24 hours in advance.
