24 Main street sits in the middle of the historic village of Essex. After passing through the white picket fence and entering this gorgeous house, one is immediately taken by the bucolic setting that pours through every window. An unobstructed view of Middle Cove ( a serene inlet off of the CT River) greets you from every window at the back of the house. The only sounds you will hear are the church bells and the whistle from the Essex steam engine.
