We are located on the Bay Side of Clearwater Beach within three minutes walking distance to the powder white sands of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its spectacular sunsets. Dolphins frolic within the view of our dock where you can fish or park your boat. You can relax on our patio complete with gas grill and umbrella covered tables. We are close to shopping malls, golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, moonlight cruises, casino cruises, Pier 60 evenings with juggling, art shows, music and many fine restaurants. It is a short ride to Busch Gardens, Disney, and all the main attractions of Orlando are less than two hours away.

It has been called the Soho of Florida with it's beautiful Main Street ,unique shops, restaurants, antiques, and art gallery. The town celebrates Mardi Gra and Christmas with parades. Streets are closed for Art & Craft Shows, and holidays, like St. Patrick's Day and the Fourth of July. You can rent bikes and roller blades and travel 48 miles on the Pinellas Trail . Tampa is 45 minutes away where the amazing Busch Gardens Theme Park and the wonderful Adventure Island Water Park are next to each other.

There are beautiful day and night cruises from the child friendly, ' Pirates Ship' to the the very fast speedboat , 'The Screamer', or the romantic dinner cruise on the ' Starlight Princess.' It has the most beautiful white sand in the world and gorgeous weather year around. You will literally feel like you are in paradise ! Fresh seafood restaurants and live music are all within walking distance from the condo.
