Sooke house Rental Property Information

We are a west facing oceanfront property surrounded by lush gardens and an old growth cedar grove with enchanting gazebo to enjoy the sunsets across the harbour. You will enter our home under a grape vine covered pergola, through a large oval fir door reminiscent of time's past, onto an Artisan created slate mural entry foyer. Our home has an open plan with gourmet kitchen with Granite/Stainless steel/Maple counters & cork flooring that opens onto comfortable seating areas with stunning ocean views. The entertainment area has state of the art sound system and large LCD HD TV. The three guest rooms have private baths & decks, one has a jacuzzi and two have TV's. But the best part~Your Spirits will Soar and your Soul's will be Refreshed!

Eliza Point House is located in the rural community of East Sooke across the harbour from the coastal town of Sooke, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. The Sooke area is known for its west coast rugged beauty, its temperate climate, its recreation fishing, boating, whale watching and paddling in the protected waters of Sooke Harbour and Basin (15 miles of foreshore). Sooke is large enough to have the essential services to make rural living comfortable-medical and health care, entertainment, library, shops, restaurants, theatre, artists, artists studios, performing arts, music, and many parks and hiking trails. East Sooke is a small rural community with a summer population of over 1000 residents. We have a country store, with post office, a community fire hall, playing field, tennis court and excellent parks and trails. We are minutes away from the salmon and halibut fishing grounds out in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
