FIRST FLOOR First Floor: Living room, kitchen and dining room, powder room, laundry, and master bedroom with private bath. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, recessed lighting, and built-in bookcases. Both the living room and the downstairs master bedroom have French doors to a private deck with woodland views. There is also a screened porch off the kitchen with a seating area and large picnic table for outside dining. A large, enclosed outdoor shower is located just off the deck.

SECOND FLOOR Second Floor: Dramatic skylights create an open, airy feeling. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on this level. One twin room is decorated for boys and includes a crib. The other twin room is designed for girls. Both rooms share a full bath with tub and shower. There is a second TV/study area with a cozy ingelnook. Just beyond the study is the brand new upstairs master bedroom with its own shower bath.
