We provide kitchen towels, bath and bed linens. First aid supplies, feminine hygiene and paper products. The property will be clean upon your arrival; however, there is no daily house keeping service. Therefore, we respectfully request that you maintain the home in a neat and orderly fashion and that you wash any dishes used in the kitchen and spot clean when necessary.

This is our second home in Gettysburg, we live right outside of town, so if you ever need anything we will respond immediately. We take great pride in our old “Double House” and welcome only guests who are willing to respect our property as if it is their own. This is why we will rent only to families or couples. Please do not inquire if you intend to use our home as a “party pad.”

Guest Book We recently stayed in the 'Double House', which is truly a historic home. They have updated enough to make it a comfortable and inviting space, but also preserved the original beauty of the home. My husband and I and four children stayed there for a week and found that we had plenty of room, were centrally located, and had the amenities of home. The owner/renter was extremely professional and courteous to us. While we were staying at this home, we drove for a matter of minutes to the Battlefield, but walked to dining and shopping. We bought groceries withing a mile and prepared our own food easily in the stocked kitchen. My husband and I have already talked about staying there again!
