Wonderful large renovated in 2007 Cape Cod style house in a desirable area of Harwich Port. Large kitchen with island, granite counters and commercial appliances. Walk out the kitchen to a brick patio with a teak table and chairs for dinning, gas grill and Adirondack chairs. All in a private setting backed to woods. Inside you will find two bedrooms on the first floor one being the master bedroom with king size bed, fireplace and master bath. The next bedroom has a queen size and a full bath down the hall. Upstairs you will find the third and fourth bedrooms one has two twins and the other a full size bed. Bath upstairs is in the hall. All bedrooms are large. There is a sitting area upstairs with a loveseat. Downstairs in family room there is a large flat screen TV with cable. Also a living room off the kitchen. The home has central air and has been renovated from top to bottom and finished in late 2007. Walk to the public beach or the association beach just 3/10 on same road.
