A large four bedroom / 4 bath estate with dock is located on Key West’s only canal, making this the perfect home for boaters and kayakers. The main house, tiled throughout, is comprised of 3 King bedrooms, 3 baths, large open floor plan with living room and dining room, and laundry room. The detached in-law cottage, perfect for your in-laws (!), holds one King bed, a twin bed, efficiency kitchen, and full bath. The furnishings are comfortable chic -- comfortable enough to kick back and relax, but chic enough to be stylish. All of the interior doors are made up of Tiffany style stained glass -- a must see! The outdoor space is the big seller with its winding brick walkways, stunning landscapes, covered patio, wet bar, and outdoor Smith and Hawken dining set. The swimming pool, outdoor fountain, gazebo and sun deck really make this a private home you'll never want to leave. Two single kayaks included. Available Fantasy Fest and Christmas.
