  • Linens and Towels are not supplied. If needed, linens and towels can be supplied for a $50.00 charge for use and laundering.

    House should be cleaned prior to departure. A cleaning charge will be applied of $75.00.

    Monthly rate is July 2 to 30th and July 30 to August 27th (4 weeks)
  • A $500 deposit must be made at time of rental. Check will be cashed. A separate $500 security check must accompany final payment. Full amount to be paid two weeks prior to arrival or upon arrival with previous consent of owner. Security deposit will be returned within one week of departure, after inspection by owner.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is canceled within one week of expected arrival, the deposit will be forfeited by renter.

Culver Lake Culver Lake: Culver Lake is a clean spring fed natural lake nestled in the Kittatinny mountains. We are neighbored by Stokes State Forest which helps to keep our private lake community filled with an abundance of wild life to enjoy including the great Bald Eagle. Our mornings on the water are uplifting and our sunsets are peaceful and magnificent.

Enjoy the Lake You will absolutely love the peaceful setting of Culver Lake. Take a canoe ride with the provided canoe, or get some exercise with the kayak. Enjoy watching the sailboat races on the lake every weekend.

Parties by renters While we understand renters may have house guests during their visit, please understand that we live on septic systems at our lake, and they are very sensitive. Please do not plan to have any parties with more than ten guests above the number residing in the house (i.e. family reunions, etc.). Any parties above that number will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Skiing Information: Ski: Ski Mountain Creek in Vernon 35 minutes away. Just next door is Hidden Valley ski resort. Ski Camel Back in Tannersville 60 minutes away. There are many more smaller slopes in the Pennsylvania area across the Delaware River approximately 30 minutes from the house. Other Activities: Canoeing

Golf Information: Golf: Play 9 holes of golf at The Robins Nest Golf Club directly across the street from the Culver Lake beach. Minutes away you will find the Crystal Springs Golf Resort at Black Bear. Farmstead Golf Club in Lafayette. Bear Brook Golf Club in Newton. Hidden Acres Golf Course.
