Everyone loves the king-size bed, and we've equipped the living room's Simmons queen-size sofa/sleeper with a memory-foam pad for exceptional comfort. You'll appreciate the quality carpeting, soothing colors, complete kitchen essentials, and excellent bedding. Walk five minutes from this spacious (687 sq ft) oceanside condo directly to the wide, sandy beach that this particular stretch of St. Augustine is famous for. No other Florida beach is better. You'll enjoy our unit's southern exposure: warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. And the easy in-and-out first floor location has wide doorways and an extra-large bathroom. To keep our condo as fresh as possible, we maintain a no-pets and no-smoking policy. St. Augustine Beach on beautiful Anastasia Island. Want some variety besides our beautiful beach? See the Alligator Farm (it's more than reptiles!), the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Anastasia State Park. Take a 10-minute drive to historic St. Augustine (too many attractions to list here). Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. No shortage of opportunities for great food! The Wine Warehouse is only two blocks north; best prices and great selection. And be sure to check out our new library (open Tues-Sat), a short ride north on A1A at 'A' Street in SeaGrove Town Center. Visit the Saturday Market (8:30am-12:30pm) for great seafood, produce, baked goods, crafts and specialty items, while you enjoy the sounds of local musicians at the site of our island's new Ampitheatre on Anastasia Blvd (A1A). A similar market is held on Wednesday mornings at Pier Park on A1A Beach Blvd.
