Beautiful view from just about everywhere in the house! Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina with 520 miles of shoreline; surface is approximately 32,500 acres, eight miles wide at its widest point and 34 miles long. We provide sheets and towels, you bring the paper goods and bathing suits! Jump on board and enjoy your vacation!

    50% deposit and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.

    BOAT RENTALS:
    24 ft Pontoon boat rentals available year round:
    $1050 weekly or $250 per day.
    18 ft Ski boat rentals are available April 1 through Oct 31.
    $1500 weekly or $350 per day.
    (2) Jet ski 1200 XLT rentals available year round.
    $995 each weekly or $225 each per day.
  • Reservations required.
    Damage deposit $300.
    Must be age 25 up to rent.

Designed as a 2-story lakeside home, our 4160 sq ft home has accommodations to sleep 12 to 18 guests easily with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 queen size pull out sofa, 1 full size pull out sofa, and you could always make room for more if needed with 2 couch areas and 2 queen air mattresses for extra sleeping. Beautifully decorated lake theme and relaxing colors give you the feeling of a true get away. Leave your shoes in the car and break out the sandals! Full kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and great room on main level and the lower level has a huge game room, wet bar, seating area, and tv area all in an open floor plan for an exceptional entertaining atmosphere.

We designed the outside for entertaining as well. The upper deck on the house has lots of room with 2 bistro tables, a 6 seat patio table, 4 rocking chairs, and a gas grill. The lower patio has a 4 seat patio table, 10 deck chairs, and a 2nd gas grill. We have the new private dock and pier on the property with bistro tables and chairs on the pier and the floating dock has plenty of room to stretch out for catching some sun, plus fishing gear, docking room for 3 boats, and 2 Jet Ski EZ docks. We also have our 24 ft pontoon boat, an 18 ft ski boat, or (2) Jet ski 1200XLT available for rent to complete your vacation package and enjoy our 2 kayaks and paddle boat that come with the house.

By boat, you can get to the 5+ lakefront restaurants for lunch, dinner and/or refreshments. By car, we're just a few miles from Mooresville NASCAR capital too! Between Lake Norman and Charlotte the area has many activities to keep the whole family having a great time. We provide plenty of toys for the kids like boardgames, bicycles, floats, etc. Also we have baby cribs, strollers, high chairs, and about anything you need for your little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras--we try to provide an easy and stress free trip for our guest---just pack your suitcase and come stay with us. Everything you could want in a lake vacation is here! Lake Norman has a new fun place for guests to stay and we have it here!! You’ll always remember this vacation and want to come back for more!!
