Walk from the front door across park-like lawn to hiking trails in
Tecolote Canyon. Small community pool a short walk from back door.
Five (5)to ten (10) minutes' drive to Starbucks and other coffee
shops, restaurants and movie theaters in Clairemont, and department
stores, boutiques and shops, restaurants and movie theaters in
Mission Valley, Fashion Valley and Hillcrest. Ten to fifteen (10-15)
minutes' drive to the San Diego Airport, Downtown San Diego, Mission
Bay beaches, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld.
15 to 20 minutes to Coronado, La Jolla and the Del Mar Racetrack.
Thirty (30) to forty (40) minutes to Legoland, Carlsbad and
Oceanside. A 45 minute drive to the Mexican border and Tijuana. One
to one and a half hours' drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and
Orange County. Two hours' drive to Los Angeles.
