Walk in from a quiet tucked away street, and then out onto your magic patio with custom California pool and spa. The outdoor cooking and eating area overlooks the pool as it blends into the golf course. The house also has a private two-car garage. Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and includes a king-size bed, two night stands, TV/VCR, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual vanities, private toilet and stall shower. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, two night stands, dresser, ceiling fan, and a TV with VCR. This bedroom has a separate sitting room. The den/office has a desk, chair, ceiling fan, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The living room has a plush sofa and love seat, coffee table, end table..

It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room. The dining room has six comfortable chairs and a thick glass-top table. The room receives ample sunlight from numerous windows that overlook the pool, spa, waterfall and golf course. The adjoining kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space, including a center island, to create delicious meals. The kitchen has ample maple cabinets, new appliances, ice maker, refrigerator, tile floors, and tile countertops.
