Ten minutes from historic downtown Durango, five minutes from the supermarket, five minutes from Trimble Hot Springs and Day Spa. Less than thirty minutes to Durango Mountain Resort / Purgatory Ski Area. 90 min to Mesa Verde National Park, Wolf Creek Ski Area. 2 Hrs from Telluride.

This split level family home has a spacious open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area that is perfect for groups and gatherings. The upstairs living area invites you to relax in our reclining leather couches in front of a crackling fire or enjoy our large flat screen TV. Downstairs you will find a den/game room with more couches, a second TV with PS2, movies and games, a perfect space for kids and teens.

The spacious master suite is upstairs and has a beautiful king size aspen log bed, travertine two person shower, walk in closet, separate seating area and a small private deck. There are four well appointed bedrooms downstairs, three with queen beds and one with two twin beds. The middle bathroom has a recessed soaking tub in front of a picture window overlooking the back yard. The downstairs entrance has a large mudroom for wet gear and boots.

A deluxe seven person hot tub is out on the back deck. Durango Mountain Resort is only a 20 minute drive away and 5 minutes down the road is Trimble Hot Springs and Day Spa with an Olympic sized pool. There is ample parking in front for large vehicles.
