West Yarmouth cottage Rental Property Information

FishTales - formerly The Nantucket Rose - has been renovated and is ready for rentals! Our cottage is located in a private secluded waterfront colony on Lewis Pond. Canoe/kayak - a kayak is available for guest use! - from our private dock to Parkers River and Seagull Beach on the Nantucket Sound. Or, if you prefer, it's a 1/2 mile stroll to the beach and less than a mile to shops, restaurants and recreation sites. The cottage features cathedral ceilings, original knotty pine walls and hardwood floors, and two gas fireplaces for your enjoyment. Large new windows bring in the ocean breeze and allow views of the pond. There is room for quiet adult time in the main area or on the patio while the kids watch TV or play video games in the sun room. There is a tennis court on site, as well as a basketball court and playground. A kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, gas grill on the patio and washer/dryer in the cottage will help make your stay stress free!

Newly Renovated! We have installed all new Andersen windows and insulated, and added baseboard heat in the bedrooms to complement the gas fireplaces. Ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms and the common living areas.
