Oversized windows and terrace doors provide enhanced natural lighting and a spectacular view of the prolific gardens, the Sierra Madre, the golf course and other beautiful residences in the area. The living room is spacious and comfortable with terrace doors leading out to the pool area. There is enough room in the dining area to seat 6 comfortably and the kitchen breakfast bar is a great place to sit and visit while the cook is creating a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a deluxe queen-size bed, full ensuite, large closet and a charming balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet and a balcony looking toward the tree-lined street. In addition, there is a full bathroom next to this bedroom. The back yard is private and has a lovely pool and 4 comfortable lounge chairs. There ia a large patio table with 4 chairs, a pool bar with 5 bar stools, & a bodega with bathroom.

This lush and private property backs on to the 16th hole of the Marina Golf Course. It is only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at the marina. You can veer in the opposite direction and walk 10 minutes to get groceries at the Plaza Marina. The grand hotels and beach are close by too. The beauty of being in the marina is that you are away from the noise of downtown but it is easy enough to get there by taxi or bus.

The Area By living in the Marina you experience close access to fabulous shops, numerous restaurants, banks, hair and aesthetic salons, the Plaza Marina food market, golf, tennis, boating activities and of-course, the natural beauty of its flora and beaches. If you prefer to have an evening or a day in downtown Vallarta then a taxi ride will cost you approximately $10.00 (100 pesos)
Golf Information: The 'Club de Golf' Marina golf clubhouse is a couple of blocks away. Rates are $135 per round with a 25% discount if you book and pay for 5 rounds in advance. This includes 18 holes, range balls, shared cart, taxes and club storage for two weeks.
