Marsh Harbour condo Rental Property Information

Butterfly Haven is located two miles from Marsh Harbour's shopping and dining in Pelican Shores, an exclusive residential community. It is a great area to relax and unwind without having the 'typical' vacation rental. You will feel right at home and do things at your own pace. It is a two bedroom one bath rental unit with a full kitchen and spacious living area. Located on a private pond that affords you a very safe place to keep your rental boat (up 30' outboards) right outside the door. You can be on your way to fishing, beachcombing and island hopping within minutes. If you do not have a rental boat you can always hop on a ferry and get to the islands in about 30 minutes. Sit on the outside patio, relax in the hammock, feed pet fish at the dock, kayak through the mangroves, snorkel at Mermaid Reef, walk in the sand or soak up some sun at a nearby beach. Want a bite to eat? Jib Room and Marsh Harbour Marina are just a two minute walk away, there you can eat, dance and limbo.

Butterfly Haven is located on the first level of Butterfly Cottage a residential home in Pelican Shores which is on the north side of the Harbour. Just 2 miles from town and very quiet and peaceful. Owners are on-site if you need assistance with any questions. The Cottage sits on a protected pond that offers you a great place to keep your (rented or owned) boat for easy access to all you want to do. Marsh Harbour is the largest town in the Abacos, it makes a great place to base your island vacation, offering shopping and amenities not found on most of the smaller surrounding Cays. Green Turtle Cay and Hope Town, offer the quaint charm of a New England town, Guana Cay is home to world famous Nipper's Bar, Man-O-War is a small boat building town which is home to Albury Brothers boats and 'The Sail Shop' where you can purchase canvas bags and luggage, there are also a couple nice shops. A 20 min drive away is Pete's Pub and gallery in Little Harbour, or Treasure Cay for golf and beach
