Sunset Beach house Rental Property Information
Exotic woods and stone combine in this architectural splendor inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1938 Jester house. A modernist meditative retreat centrally located to Waimea Bay, Pipeline and Sunset Beach. Oceans views extend from outside Log Cabins to Kaena Point. Beach walk to the world famous surf break, Banzai Pipeline. * House of Sacred Circles is an adaptation of circles on a rectangular plane. Each circle functions as a pocket of activity interconnected with spacious expanses on an elevated single level. Three balconies and the main entrance offer exposures to the four cardinal directions where openings frame ocean views and invite the trade winds to flow for cooling. * The house sits on 1 and 1/2 acres of land zoned for agriculture. Plantings focus on native Hawaiian species, edibles and tropical flowers. Birds love the magnificent 50 feet high banyan trees that host an orchid grotto and shade visitors on entry to the House of Sacred Circles.

Concerning children Due to the use of large panes of glass in the doors, concrete stairways, high balconies and stone ledges, the house may not be suitable for young children. However older children will find the garden delightful. On the property there are areas not yet tamed, wonderful for exploring; there is a sacred grove of gnarly old trees (beware of thorns), rocks and boulders for climbing, flowers for gazing, all alive for the imaginative. Layout of the bedrooms at the south (master suite) and north (blue suite and green room)ends of the house extends privacy. A floorplan can be veiwed at www.HouseOfSacredCircles.com.
