Santa Cruz house Rental Property Information
You are invited to experience Santa Cruz at the 'Seabright Cottage.' This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior; a perfect place for relaxation and vacation comfort. Our Cottage is close to many Santa Cruz attractions, with a central Harbor location. Well-known local eateries and coffee shops are within minutes. The living room is perfect for relaxing or watching TV/cable/DVDs. The dining room is adjacent to a fully stocked kitchen, with lots of counter space. Upstairs is the master bedroom, with its own private deck, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a loft with a futon that can sleep two, and a TV/VCR. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk with a twin on top, and a double on the bottom. This room is wonderful for kids and/or a family. A full bath completes the picture. Exit the back door to a quiet garden patio, complete with an outdoor shower! What a great way to clean up after a day at the beach.

Park your car and start your vacation! The 'Seabright Cottage' has many amenities within walking distance. Walk to the corner and enjoy a latte, or have a meal at one of the best breakfast places in town. The Harbor, Lighthouse, and boat watching are within 2 blocks. The Seabright community is an attractive beach side neighborhood, and we walk just down the block to Seabright Beach! We always plan time to walk to the local Natural History Museum, 2 blocks away. A full day is needed to spend at the Boardwalk, only 1 mile away! Santa Cruz is a central hub-bub for the music scene, with an active night-life in the downtown area.
