Located on a private road, just 11 scenic miles from downtown Sandpoint (15 min. by boat ).Marina, boat rentals, launch and dining 5 min. away. This location is private and peaceful nestled in a beautiful bay, away from the summer crowds and traffic. The house is in full sun all day and boast lake views from every room. The rooms are bright and airy with high ceilings and lots of windows. The large wrap around decks which over look the bay, are great for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen has a center island, eating area and family room attached second dining area is conveniently located next to the living room . There is a large master suite with views, deck, walk in closet and private bath with a jacuzzi tub.

  • The master bedroom is spacious, high ceilings, breathtaking views, walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub with deck over looking the lake. The guest room has a queen iron bed, wicker furniture ,large closet and view. The 3rd bedroom is set up as a bunk room with a extra twin bed. Perfect for the kids or teens with their own private deck and 1/2 bath and game table.( Nicely located away from the other bedrooms ). The washer and dyer are located in the house. Our guests will enjoy all new linens and comforters which make the bedrooms cozy and comfortable. Large decks off of master and bunk room bedrooms over look the bay which give you early morning views of eagles, loons and beavers going by.

We are conveniently located across the bay (5min.) from Bottle Bay Resort. 'No boat, no worry' ! The marina rents ski boats, pontoon boats, canoes, paddle boats and jet skis. There is a launch there for our guests to use for a small fee. Camping and RV parking is located at the marina which comes in handy for extended family and friends. Short 10 min. drive you can find all your fishing, boating supplies, groceries and firewood. Sandpoint offers a shuttle to and from the Spokane Airport, for those extra quests arriving. If you and your family are planning a family reunion, we can make arrangements for larger parties to rent another home on our street or small cabins 5 min. away for those special events. *The driveway is a bit steep but shouldn't be a problem in the summer. We have a 2 car parking pad on street level,a 1 car pad at top of drive -way and a garage for additional parking.There is a small 1 car lane that runs between the house and grass area ( about 8 ft. ).

Many families here have been coming here every year for generations.Relax and bring a good book or spend the days on the lake with 100's of activities to do.The small town feeling will make you feel right at home. If you enjoy art galleries, music and good dining you will love Sanpoint. August in Sandpoint is a summer dream with a music festival nightly beside the lake with well known musicians .Bring a picnic and blanket and share a evening of fun. The lake is where to be on the 4th of July. Great fire works on the lake, old time parade . Also in July for the boat lover we have a antique boat show and 2 day fair at the Sandpoint Marnia. See the old Chris Crafts cruise the lake.

Other Activities Championship golf, fly fishing, theme water park, mt. biking are all near by.
