The communities on Isla, aptly named for their Spanish architecture, include 6 & 12 floor high-rises, 5 floor mid-rise, as well as 2 & 3-story villas. Guests may choose from units in Casa del Mar (House on the Water), La Puerta del Sol (Port of the Sun), Palma del Mar (Palms on the Water), Bahia del Mar (Bayside), Bahia Vista (Bay View) and Vista Verde (View of the Greens). All are of varied character and style.

Activities are also available for the young and young-at-heart.Fishing, swimming, golfing, boating, sight-seeing trips, nightlife, casino cruises and watercraft rentals. Located just minutes from the warm waters of The Gulf of Mexico and Fort DeSoto National Park (voted one of America's top beaches). Also enjoy the area's local restaurants and unique shops. Catch the trolley to Clearwater Beach. Busch Gardens is a short 45 minute drive or visit Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios all less then 2 hours away.
