  • This spacious bedroom has a fabulous solid mahogany king size four poster bed, hand made by a highly skilled master carpenter on Nevis. The posts are hand carved with a beautiful pineapple design and the headboard has a very large palm frond hand carved on it. The mattress is top quality American made and very comfortable. The mahogany large louvered doors open out to the screened in porch for spectacular ocean views and at night the moon light and incredibly bright stars are magical. You will fall asleep listening to the symphony of the sound of waves on the reefs and beach, the coconut palm fronds rustling with the trade winds and the delicate song of the tiny tree frogs. More solid mahogany louvered windows, an antique Chinese armoire and hand made baskets are part of the room decor. A large closet is there, too. The adjoining bathroom, with mahogany vanity and large mirror, has a big shower area and louvered door that can access a lovely garden patio with table and four chairs.

Also studio apartment with screened porch at the beach is available with kitchenette ( stove and oven, frig, microwave, sink etc.) and bathroom ( shower, toilet, sink ) One or two guests can stay here before or after renting Coral Reef Villa. This is a way to get better airfares or frequent flyer seats. The cost is first and second nights are each US200. Any other nights are US120. more per night in high season / low season each extra night is US80. Lounge chairs , beach chairs and hammock are available. Why we have so many repeat guests Our many repeat guests tell us why they return A) Location: direct access to our family's 3 white coral sand beach lots near pristine coral reefs and with miles of beach to explore with views of St. Kitts. The villa itself on almost an acre of privately screened tropical flowering foliage so although secluded it is still adjacent to a small resort and its beach bar and restaurants. B) Private pool with virtually chlorine free system that is hidden by tropical plants with the perfect amount of sun and shade on the pool deck.C) 'Awesome' 'Amazing ' 'Fantastic' villa and the photos don't do it justice. It's so luxurious, well equipped and yet so comfortable. D) Having Marlon meet them at the airport or ferry and transport them to the villa where the caretaker waits to greet them and is available during all their stay. Jeannette, the maid has the villa immaculately clean and is available, at your choice of time, free, for 2 hours a day. Henry the gardener grows fruit for them.

Included in the rental at no extra charge are the maid services six days a week except Nevis holidays and Sunday ( when most Nevisians spend 2 hours a day in church ) Also included at no charge to you will be your pickup at the Nevis airport or one of the ferry or boat docks on Nevis by Marlon. The airport is about 5 minutes from the villa and the boat docks range from about 10 minutes to 15 minutes if you arrive in Charlestown. When you arrive at the villa my caretaker will greet you and give you an orientation and will be available during your stay free of charge. She will give you an expensive and very helpful book on Nevis full of colored photos and informative text which is a gift from Jane, By e-mail Jane will send you an A to Z info of things to see and do with names and phone numbers based on 18 fun years on Nevis. A to Z includes airline ideas ( you can now fly in to Nevis directly from San Juan ) and possible airline savings, restaurant guide, rental car recommendations and savings, grocery stores and hours etc.

Enjoy bananas, oranges, lemons, avocados etc which are grown on the property. From the spacious screened-in veranda you'll have an unobstructed view of the ocean and it's nearby coral reefs, while dining or relaxing on cushioned chaise lounges or in comfortable wicker chairs or two hammocks. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher so you can cook a gourmet meat if you prefer to eat in. There is a propane gas grill on the back patio. The laundry room has a Maytag washer and dryer. More amenities include cable TV with HBO, DVD and VCR players, with many CD's or Videos for you to enjoy. A new sound system, with many music CDs to choose from, can also play your I-POD music. Although it's tempting to stay at Coral Reef's beach, or pool or on the porch do take a short walk to enjoy a drink or a meal at the Nisbet Plantation beach facilities. Then explore the island with it's many historical sites ie plantations, forts and museums. Enjoy meeting friendly Nevisians. Have fun watching for monkeys, donkeys.
