The Palms of Paradise is a lovely four-bedroom home, new to the weekly rental market. You’ll love this home, with its upscale furnishings, several notches above the typical vacation rental home. And it is just 1-1/4 blocks from beautiful white-sugar-sand Miramar Beach. Dining shopping and amusements are close at hand. You can swim with dolphins, cruise the Gulf, parasail, kayak or partake in any of dozens of other nearby activities. The tasteful, spacious master bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan and a private bath with twin sinks, shower, and garden soaker tub. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and top line mattresses and bedding, plus TV/DVD. The fourth bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a TV/VCR and a selection of videos. All bedrooms and baths are on a single floor - no stairs to deal with.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cleaning fee of $65-$85 applies to rentals of less than a full week.
  • Rates reflect 6 persons or fewer. The home sleeps up to 9, so add $100/week ($15/night) per additional person over age 2.

    We rent to responsible student groups with a $750 security deposit.

    Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11% Florida tax and a $500 ($750 for students) security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed.

    All reservations during summer season are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am check-out).

    We accept PayPal for your convenience, so you can pay by credit card.

You can even swim with the dolphins in the open ocean. The shopping is great, with the largest Designer Outlet Mall in the US just 3 miles from the home.
