Look no further, you have found what you're looking for. Our previous guest's have nothing but nice things to say. Your hosts are friendly and willing to assist with making sure your stay in Dublin is relaxing and filled with lifetime memories of a great vacation. This location (five miles from the city) will give you access to all Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow have to offer. Near a historic village, and all amenities, golf, restaurants, museums, theater, walking, mountains and lakes. Within two minutes walking distance to the famous City West Hotel with two golf courses, restaurants and top entertainment. It is two minutes to the bus that will take you directly into Dublin city center. Five minutes by car to the LUAS (park and ride) light rail system to Dublin City Center. The LUAS will also take you to both Heuston and Connelly train stations for access to all of Ireland. Travel time about 30 minutes..

Our two stays in Ireland were here and in an ancient castle's stables. The village near by has good bistro and a fine take out and Spar grocery store. Surprisingly near to downtown - except in rush hours. The big advantage is so much space to relax in. Hosts are very considerate, very knowledgeable and helpful with travel and dining tips. Look no further, you'll love your stay with us and return home refreshed. It is only fifteen minutes from the beautiful Blessington Lakes, for sight seeing, fishing, sailing etc. Also nearby are the beautiful Dublin mountains (where you can visit the famous Johnny Foxes Olde Irish Pub, (the highest in Ireland, with award winning food and traditional entertainment) and the fabulous Wicklow mountains.

Dublin is the historic capital city of Ireland. It has two 12th century cathedrals, extensive 17th and 18th century Georgian architecture and many beautiful public buildings including national museums, art galleries etc. Dublin is also a rich cultural center for traditional and contemporary music, arts, theater and sport. It is also home to the famous Guinness brewery and hundreds of charming pubs, full of character and entertainment. (Which are now smoke-free since smoking was banned by law in all public and workplaces in the Republic of Ireland March 2004.) Everyone has good things to say.
