Newly remodeled with all hardwood floors. New beds with luxury linens. The views from this water/marsh front property are spectacular. Enjoy sunsets backdropped by the Intracoastal Waterway. The birding is incredible from this peaceful location. This second row home is only a few minute walk to the beach. Amenities include a Kids play room with TV, foosball and ping pong. There TV and games will not disrupt adult activities. There are 2 beach cruser bikes for your use. (looking for more) A pier, dock and canoe/kayak launch is also being planned. There are restaurant's and shopping within easy walking. One of the last few Ocean Fishing Piers only 2 miles away. A 4 wheel drive beach is only 1 mile away, where you can surf fish at New River Inlet. A free public boat ramp/launch is 4 miles away. Public Golfing at North Shore Country Club is 5 miles away. Public owned Tennis Courts are 2 miles away. Catch a charter boat out of nearby Sneads Ferry.
