Kailua cottage Rental Property Information

A pretty little cottage with a queen size bed, fine linens, and porcelain tile floors. The private bath with a tiled shower has a hair dryer, lots of fluffy towels and is stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Open a window for the perfume of beautiful rainbow plumerias, just outside, when in bloom, and lovely views of the backyard gardens. The mini kitchen will be stocked with lots of goodies for a continental style breakfast and afternoon snacks. The cottage includes a flat screen television with DVD/VHS player, clock radio and CD player. Keep cool with the ceiling fan or a light breeze through the open windows or air conditioning on warmer days. Enjoy your morning coffee or a good book in your own private courtyard. Wander the acre of gardens, swim in the pool, lounge in the flower-filled sunning area. BBQ an afternoon meal on a large gas grill and enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the outdoor eating area. Come visit - we'd love to meet you.

Kailua is a bustling yet unhurried, friendly, sea-side town with lots of interesting shops, art galleries and antique stores. There are over 50 restaurants offering varied ethnic cuisines. It has one of the most popular beaches on Oahu with lots of water activities. There are five golf courses within 15 minutes of the town center and Sea life Park is only 20 minutes away. Honolulu is only 20 minutes way and most sightseeing venues no more than a 45 minute drive. It is on the green side of the island, offering wonderful scenic views. Those who stay in Kailua, usually return on future visits.

    future stay of the same duration within one calendar year. We will try to
    accommodate last minute changes in arrival and departure days as is possible
    If you are staying longer than one week there will be an additional $30 cleaning charge to change sheets and launder towels. Laundry facilities available for personal laundry for an additional charge.
