    Security deposit of $150 without pet or $250 with pet which is refundable if there is no damage or loss. All pets must be pre-registered otherwise a $75 fee will automatically be deducted from your Security Deposit upon your departure.

    Cancellation Policy - 30 days or more before the reserved arrival date - Full Refund. Less than 30 days before the reserved arrival date - 40% of the rental rate is refundable. Less than 14 days before the reserved arrival date - No Refund. Housekeeping Fee, Tax and Security Deposit is refundable in all cases.
  • All reservations are subject to 8% Tax for Deschutes County and Oregon State. **WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA 8% FOR RECREATIONAL FEE BECAUSE OUR HOUSE IS NOT PART OF SUNRIVER HOMES**

The adjoining master bathroom features double hand-painted porcelain sinks on black granite counter top, shower and a Jacuzzi. Whitetail Dreams - second bedroom has a Queen log bed and all same quality beddings.
