  • The Master Bedroom has a Temperpedic extra long King size bed with 450 thread count sheets, flat screen TV and DVD player, a walk-out balcony, a large jetted tub & separate shower in the bathroom along with double sinks. Some people tell us they lived in apartments smaller than this master bathroom! There are five bedrooms upstairs (including the main Master & the second Master with office amenities). You’ll find two bedrooms located downstairs, one with a separate door to the pool and patio. They are all decorated with various types and sizes of beds, kings, queens, doubles, and twins, plus two hide-a-bed couches in the second Master. We've appointed this spacious home (5,000 square feet on 1/3 acre) with every amenity possible to give the 5 star experience of a luxurious resort! If there's anything you need, just let us know and we'll do everything possible to make it happen. We turned the formal living room into a game room (who lives formally these days?). You’ll find a beautiful regulation pool table, a blackjack game table, and a table for multiple Las Vegas games. You’ll notice there is also a 7 foot concert grand piano for the musically inclined. The family room boasts a 60' HDTV perfect for cuddling up and watching your favorite movie or listening to your favorite music. 200 Channels of cable television is available along with pay per view. All linens are a minimum of 400 thread count and all the towels are thick and luxurious! We will also set up personal catering for you, if this is something you would like to have in your home. Extra cleaning services are also available.

The Dining Room seats 8 people and there's a huge fully stocked designer kitchen for those who want to have all the conveniences of home. You’ll find every imaginable gadget from a top-of-the-line Vitamix Blender to an avocado slicer! Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, water and popcorn are provided free of charge. We've also provided all the spices you would need for cooking and a wine selection is available for purchase. The kitchen nook seats 6 more, and there is bar seating for 6 along the granite kitchen bar top. We also have additional folding seating available. The outside patio has multiple tables and chairs as well as a large gas barbecue grill for your convenience along with a several conversation fire pits. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of touring The Strip of skiing at Mt Charleston! We're a pet and kid friendly home so if you want to bring along your small family members, please feel free.

Again, we've tried to think of it all and we have a crib and rollaway beds available too! Gym equipment, 6' Jacuzzi tub indoors, Jacuzzi poolside, and massage table mean you can keep your healthy lifestyle even in Las Vegas! There is a brand new gigantic fitness center 5 minutes away. TiVo upstairs and downstairs (digital recording) combined with Flat Screen TVs and 60' Big Screen mean non-stop entertainment! Game room includes pool table, blackjack table, and Vegas gaming table.
