Otis house Rental Property Information

This fully outfitted, home is a unique octagonal structure on two level, with 7 1/2 acres. The ground floor has a large entry with lots of organized storage for your weather and sports gear. There is a family room with games and satellite TV and two bedrooms: one with two twin beds, the other with a full bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer on the ground floor. Gaining access from either the indoor stairs or the terrace, there is a well equipped galley kitchen, a dining room that seats 6, and a great room with views of the lake and glass sliders opening out to the terrace. The central woodstove has a generous wood supply. Two bedrooms upstairs: the master suite with queen bed and full bath and another with a twin/trundle bed, also with its own full bath. Continuing along the corridor, you come to an indoor wet bar and music station. Perks: 2 mountain bikes, hiking trails right out the door, privacy, and peace of mind. Email me!
