Edgartown cottage Rental Property Information

Thank you for your interest in our cottage, Liamuiga Station. The cottage has an enclosed yard that contains a picnic area shaded by oak trees. Liamuiga is derived from an old Carib-Indian word meaning fertile land. This cottage, originally constructed in the 1880s, was once a part of a depot station and birthing station in Oak Bluffs thus the name Liamuiga Station. The cottage was moved from Oak Bluffs to another location in Edgartown before being moved to its current location in 1986. Liamuiga Station is a home away from home, its tranquil surrounds, rejuvenates the body and lifts the soul. This cozy turn of the century cottage has two floors with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Liamuiga Station sits at the end of a short unpaved road on 14th Street South in Edgartown off of Vineyard Haven / Edgartown Road. It is about 1.5 miles from the Stop & Shop, and 2 miles from the State Beach. It is minutes from a bike path and off street parking is available.
