Dollar Point house Rental Property Information

Elegance at Dollar Point is a fantastic choice for those in search of a large, well appointed, home with a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. Upstairs offers a formally situated living room, with a large rock fire place, gourmet kitchen, and a wonderful master bedroom. Downstairs has a separate living room, terrific for kids, and the balance of the sleeping quarters. There is a large hot tub on the back deck. Dollar Point is located just 2 miles from Tahoe City and has many amenities with the association. The amenities include: Private beach with swim area, restrooms, and picnic area, outdoor swimming pool and tennis club (favorite of locals and families alike). Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Booking far in advance for winter Holidays and summer weeks is highly recommended.

Dollar point is approximately 1 mile north of Tahoe City on Lake Tahoe's North Shore. During the summer when you are not using the HOA pool, beach and tennis courts, you are just minute drive or bike ride away from restaurants, bars and shopping in Tahoe City, rafting on the Truckee River, great hiking in the surrounding mountains. During the winter months, world class skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are just 15 minutes drive away.
