Hawaiian Hibiscus Home is a custom built multilevel home in the peaceful Robert Trent Jones II designed Kiahuna Golf Village. The thoughtful design of this large house, 3700 sq ft inside and 1000 sq ft lanais, provides multiple living areas for accommodating a large family or several families in privacy. We invite you to relax in this private home, listen to bird chirping while enjoy waterfall fall/music in our top of the line six-person Spa. A colorful tropical flowers (Hawaiian hibiscus) and mature palm trees at the main entrance welcomes you to the Hawaiian Hibiscus Home. The entrance floor has two spacious living areas, a formal dining room, large well equipped kitchen, two master bedrooms with air condition, a wonderful sun room, and a twin bedroom. Every bedroom come with flat screen TV. Plus 46' HDTVs with surround sound & DVD player

Hawaiian Hibiscus home in Kiahuna golf course. It took about 1 mile to get out of this beautiful golf (enjoy mountain and Ocean view while driving), then it is less 0.5 miles to famous Poipu Beach Park - excellent place for snorkeling, baby lagoon, playground and surfing. The golf is on-site and you can also walk/jog in this peaceful golf to relax and watching beautiful views around. It is also walking distance to Poipu Shopping Village (many restaurants and shops). There are also Brennecke Beach, Shipwreck Beach, Kiahuna Beach, Sheraton Beach within 2 miles radius. Within 3 miles from home, there is ATV, CJM horseback riding, spouting horn, hiking to Kawailoa Bay and the lithified sand dune bluff of Makawehi Point, Mahaulepu Beaches, Lawai Beach, Koloa landing (great for Scuba), and botanical garden, and so many more beaches....

The furniture is from Bona Parte collection with two extra large sofas, nice big chair, its own ottoman and teak root side coffee table. Second living room facing the back garden features high quality lazy boy sofas which can convert to queen and twin beds The formal dining room faces the back garden and has two dinning tables to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. You can enjoy your meal while listening to the chirping birds and enjoying the wonderful Kauai weather. ***** Note ***** Hawaiian Hibiscus home will have air conditioning in two master suites starting in September 2008.

Golf Information: There are three golf courses nearby. Hawaiian Hibiscus home is in Trent Jones designed Kiahuna golf course. The PGA grand slam course, Poipu Bay course on the cliffs, is two miles away and Kalaeho, Kukuilono Public course with breathtaking views and unbelievably low rates is about ten minutes away
