Spicewood villa Rental Property Information
This luxury villa was designed by internationally recognized Dick Clark Architectural Design. Located overlooking one of many lakes on the world-class Arnold-Palmer-designed Lakecliff Golf club. Sitting in the beautiful serene Texas Hill County on one of the most delightful lakes in Central Texas, Lake Travis, which wanders through the hills for 77 miles. Temperature is enjoyable year around. This villa has been professionally decorated by a Dallas, Texas designer. The villa contains 3 private suites, each with a private full bathroom (king/queen/2 twin trundles). Sleeps 6-8 people. Enjoy the large closets and upgraded appliance package in a kitchen that boasts a center island with a wine rack. There are two dining areas and a large open living room with a big screen TV. There are TVs in all the bedrooms as well. The extra-large utility room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also an additional powder bath for guests and an office.

Lake Cliff on Lake Travis is a private exclusive, gated facility. Arnold Palmer refers to this course as his Star of Texas. The Bent Grass greens are widely recognized as the finest in the state and region. Incredible practice facilities. Challenging, yet fair. Wait until you see these Greens! The community is designed to never experience high traffic on the golf course. Golf is available for an additional charge with the villa rentals. Tennis courts consist of 3 Grand Slam surfaces at the renowned Lakecliff Racquet Club. Lakecliff Racquet Club is host to grass, red clay and 5 hard-surface world-class tennis courts with regulation lighting.

Policies Please take a moment to review our policies below. If you feel that you cannot adhere to any of our policies, please do not make a reservation with us. We strictly adhere to all of our policies and we do check to make sure that ALL of the policies are being met. Our goal is to offer clean, quality, vacation homes, villas, and town homes for romantic getaways or family vacations. All of our properties are privately owned and are in quiet, residential areas. We do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age and we do not rent to people looking to throw loud, out of control parties. Guest(s) will subject to removal from the property and the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited by guest(s) if any of the following policies are broken. • NO Inside SMOKING (outside only) please do not use the yard as an ash tray. • NO Pets • NO More than the reserved number of guests on or in the property at anytime • NO More than 4 vehicles allowed--No street Parking • NO Visitors of Guest
NO Loud Music • NO “out of control” Parties • NO Illegal Activity • NO boats trailers are allowed to be parked anywhere • Please keep noise levels appropriate with the time of day. Many of the neighbors are full-time residents, please be respectful to them and the neighborhood. • Please keep all trash in appropriate receptacles. Guest(s) will inform Lakeside Management immediately of any needed repairs and/or unsafe or hazardous condition in or about the property or grounds. No refunds or discounts will be given for A/C, Heating, Any Appliance(s), Any Electronic Equipment,, Water and/or Sewer failures. Needed repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refunds or discounts will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable/satellite, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to restore them as soon as possible. The operation & maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of Lakeside Management.
Cancellation Policy A $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations
