Signed Reservation/Rental Agreement required; you will receive written confirmation. Keys, parking permit and complete instructions will be mailed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
You may cancel with complete refund except for $50 cancellation fee until 2 months prior to arrival. After then, refund will be made only if unit can be rented.
PLEASE NOTE: No trailers, motorcycles or RVs are allowed on the property. We rent to families and responsible adults only - no house parties. No pets and no smoking, please! We genuinely appreciate your respect of the property and our home!

A little bit more about our place... Welcome to our home away from home! Our comfortable oceanfront condo has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation! It is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that ours is a non-smoking unit. We are continually updating our condo for your comfort and welcome suggestions from you, our tenants, on ways to make your stay even better the next time you visit! If you have a larger group, please note that we have access to a second unit next door (literally)! If both units are available, we could accommodate a group of 12-16 people! Both units are advertised separately on HomeAway - please contact us for additional information. We hope that you enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do! Our goal is for you to want to return year after year (and for you to tell your friends about us!)
Rules and restrictions... Please note that trailers, motorcycles and RV's are not allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 --- no house parties! We do not allow smoking or pets in our condo. We sincerely appreciate your respect of these rules and restrictions! Thank you!
