Centerville house Rental Property Information

New to the vacation rental market for 2008 and tastefully decorated, the Pond House is a light and bright modern Cape Cod home nestled amongst beautiful perennial gardens offering pond views of the middle pond of the three ponds of Centerville. The home abuts the pond with magnificent views from the multi decks, kitchen, dining room and the two second floor bedrooms. The Pond House is strategically located in an upscale residential area almost in the geographic center of Cape Cod (only 6 minutes to Route 6) with most attractions and beaches only 15-30 minutes away including Sandwich Hollows Golf Course (2 miles away). The Pond House is a nature lovers' delight. Bring your canoe or kayak and don't forget your binoculars and your bird books. The Pond House is suited for two couples, a single family or even two families with no more than a total of 4 children (or 6 children in one family.) We have completely refurbished the house for the 2008 summer season. Book early for solid months!

There is ample space in the Master Bedroom upstairs for two (2) cribs. However, the cribs are not supplied but can be rented in town. Note, Maximum to sleep is no more than 5 ADULTS. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE IN ROOM AIR-CONDITIONERS.

Smoking is allowed outside of the house as long as you discard the butts properly. There is ample storage room in the walkout basement to store your bikes, kayaks and canoes. A maximum of three cars can be parked. There is NO parking allowed on the street. Small pets are considered with approval. There is a mandatory small cleaning charge for a pet accomodation. Note, we are on a pond, okay for canoeing and kayaking, but NO SWIMMING. Major lake with parking and facilities only 5 minutes away with our beach permit. NOTE ONLY BEDROOMS ARE AIR-CONDITIONED.

Some more details about the Pond House The Pond House, new to the rental market for 2008, is a three season home. The rear of the house is wrapped around by a 600 square foot deck with an adjoining red brick patio. Also, there is a balcony off the second floor master bedroom where you can read the morning paper before breakfast or enjoy a drink before dinner. Here, you can listen to the sounds of the many birds, including heron which make this pond their home. Feel free to have your morning breakfast on the deck where you can view the pond with its many colorful birds. In the evening enjoy your favorite drink before using our gas barbecue grill to cook your meal while listening to the other creatures of the pond and watching the sun set over the Cape. In the spring or the fall enjoy a wood burning fire in the floor to ceiling fireplace in the living room. There is private parking for 3 cars. We hope you will enjoy this home as much as we do when we move in for the quiet winter months.
