Smoking is not allowed in the house. Ashtrays should be used at all times because of the severity of fires. We all must be safe about fire! Also, no fireworks are allowed to be used! It is too dangerous due to dryness and fire!

Further Details for the cottage in Long Island, New York, USA

Check in and out times Your check in time is 3pm on Friday and out by 12 noon on the next Friday. There is a wagon down at the docks so when you come in you will have your wagon available to help you move in. At the end of your stay please leave the wagon locked up at the docks for the next renter coming in. Thank you!

Damage Deposit All linens and towels are provided. The tenant must have all linens and towels cleaned before they go. The house is to be left the way it was found. I come in at the end of your stay before the next person comes in and check on the house and if everything is in order you will not lose your deposit of $500.

Payment Once you decide to rent I will need the contract sent back to me with half of the rental fee up front and a check for $500 for the damage deposit. Once I check out the house once you are out, and everything is OK then I will return to you your damage deposit money.
