Branson West house Rental Property Information

This Branson vacation rental home is a year old and is located in a peaceful and serene wooded location with 3 other rarely used homes. A short walk of less than 200 foot down a gentle well maintained path puts you at the edge of Table Rock Lake and at our slip where you can swim or park the boat you bring along. There is gorgeous custom made Rustic Hickory cabinetry through out this wonderfully unique Branson vacation home. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel side by side refrigerator, gas stainless steel range and a stainless dishwasher. The laundry room has a full size washer and electric dryer. Each of the 4 bedrooms in the Branson vacation home has a distinct and different decor. The living room has a gas fireplace for cool nights. There is an outdoor fire pit area at the lower property line for your use on those evenings you want to sit outdoors with the fire crackling or roast hot dogs with the children. There is a big screen HDTV hooked up to Direct TV.

  • A $250.00 reservation deposit must be received within seven days of making your reservation or the reservation will not be held. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If a reservation is made less than 30 days from the arrival
    date, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
  • We must be notified of your cancellation at least 15 days prior to your expected arrival to expect any portion of a refund. If the unit is re-rented a refund will be made. (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) If it remains unoccupied, there will be no refund given. We will give you the one time option of having the funds credited toward a future date. That date must be within a year of the original reservation.
