First level is an open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room and dining area overlooking the waterfront view that leads you to a large deck with a BBQ and a spectacular view of the Marina and the 2 NEWEST Casinos in the area. Also on this main floor is a full bath with shower and a 3rd bedroom or den. A spiral staircase leads you up to the two bedrooms Loft-Level with another spectacular view. The Master Bedroom has a deck of it's own along with a full bath and Jacuzzi Tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a TV and a large full bath. Sorry NO SMOKING INSIDE! The Jitney stops ½ block from your door taking you to the casino of your choice. FISHERMAN AND BOATERS DREAM Walk out the door onto the dock and get in your boat cruise. 2 short canals to the Absecon Channel and into the Atlantic Ocean or go under the Brigantine Bridge for the backwaters. Most of the time I am on site so, if you need something give me a call. 609 449 1338. FISHING has been very good.
