Lake Hartwell is a Army Corp Reservoir with a required set back from the water. In most cases you either have a steep slope to the water or a very long walk to the water. We are closer to the water and have concrete steps to the boathouse vs. a long path. Either way, you should be in good physical health to enjoy this area. Smoking is allowed outside only.
