Fully stocked kitchen grill, washer/dryer, free high-speed wireless Internet service, and of course all linens, towels are a part of all we provide. And yes we are pet friendly. Best of all: We live here and take pride in offering our guests the maximum in personal attention.

A billboard coming into St Augustine advertises miles and miles of the most beautiful beaches in the world ... and the rest is history. We are the nation's oldest city, settled in 1565 by Spanish soldiers under Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles. No one should miss touring the historic district, walking down St George Street, seeing how King Phillip's soldiers lived in the Castillo de San Marcos or perhaps taking a carriage ride down cobblestone streets. The Flagler era has Henry Morrison Flagler's original three luxury hotels steeped in history as well as his Memorial Presbyterian Church, the finest example of Venetian Renaissance architecture in America. The kids will love the Alligator Farm, the oldest attraction in the state of Florida and take then on the free boat ride out to Fort Matanzas, the back door fort that ended pirate raids in 1742. You are also only 10 minutes from Marineland and about 90 minutes from Mickey Mouse and/or the Space Center.

Guest Book We just spent a wonderful week at the Sunrise Paradise cottage. It was quaint, cozy, clean and just perfect for our family. Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa and two kids. The location is perfect, it's right between the beach and the Matanzas River and just a 10 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. The kids had a blast in the tide pools when the sun was going down. We loved it and can't wait to visit again soon.
