Rear Master Bedroom with separate full bath. Cozy bathroom with window towards rear of home. Decorated in sage and blue with pomegranate accents. Full bath downstairs renovated recently in latte with vanilla accents. New Tile in brick style really looks nice. Good size bathroom and in a good place for people to use while downstairs. It's located in between front bedroom with king bed and dining room. Fluffy Towels provided in all bathrooms with wash cloths. Bath Mats in All Bathrooms. Two separate hot water units in house guarantee lots of hot water for everyone. Night lights provided so you can easily find your way to the bathroom.

One master bedroom with canonball bed and large closet, at rear of home, shady and quiet acess from rear stairs. 1 Queen with Martha Stewart Bed and end tables, comfortable bed and light from east and west with access from front stairs. 1 Medium size bedroom with one full bed, windows from east and west with access front front stairs. First floor bedroom with king size bedroom, large bookcase and cable tv on first floor. Great room for someone with limited access. Other Bedrooms share full bath.

Private six foot fenced In backyard includes barbecue and patio furniture surrounded by tall trees with shade and sun. Small deck at rear entrance with steps to backyard. Well furnished kitchen with plates, cups, silverware and pots and pans, sharp knifes to cook and bake. Several games in the house to play. Magazines, books, cookbooks and Washington, DC travel books to read. Home is very comfortable with large rooms to spread out in as well as space to meet together and gather for meals, play games or just catch up with old friends and family. Its in a wonderful location in a historic neighborhood. This home was build in 1916 and has two sets of staircases one in the front and one in the rear. There is a really nice porch in front to keep you out of the rain and one in the rear as well. We recently put in flower boxes with pansies in front. Really looks nice. Close to some wonderful shopping and restaurants in PG Plaza.

Clean, wonderful property with peaceful backyard, table, 4 chairs and a barbaque to cook on. Fenced in backyard retreat so you can spend time with your family enjoying the time just outside of Washington, DC. Cozy living room with leather sofa's, but plenty of space in home to retreat to your room read a book, relax or just have a cup of tea. Rooms are warm and inviting and several have a lot of extra space to spread out! It's an inviting Victorian which we have owned for three years. We have never had any problems with the property. It's in a historic neighborhood with a big mix of families that live and work around Washington DC. There are many students just north of here at the University of Maryland. This area has lots to offer with wonderful places to eat and things to see. Washington has so much history it's impossible to list it all. Please let us know if you have any special needs and we will try to accommodate! Welcome to our wonderful vacation home!

We have had wonderful wedding parties, military families, corporate traveling families, school groups and church groups. It's a great home in a close in location only 5 blocks from Washington DC. It sits on top of public transportation and is only 5 mins driving from the closest metro and 15 minutes to downtown DC. We will be happy to supply your requested groceries so you don't have to shop while on vacation. Please let us know what you would like 72 hours in advance and we will make sure it is delivered for your arrival.
