. House on 1/3 acre; private rear yard. . Whole house air conditioning. . Owners John and Anne use the property as a second home during nine months of the year. This is our twelfth year; for the previous eleven years, Roseberry Knoll was represented by a company in England, but the company has withdrawn from this market.
