Nihi Kai Villas Resort Our condo is located in the 70-unit resort of Nihi Kai Villas. It is one of the South shore's most popular resorts, MANY guests have been coming for years. In the winter months you can join the 'Walnuts' at the rock wall in front of the complex to watch the sunset. Bring a glass of your favorite beverage and meet some wonderful people!
