Bring your telescope and binoculars for awesome birding, stargazing, scanning the horizon for ships. This home has an inverted floor plan with the kitchen and great room on the top floor. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. The great room is mostly glass facing the Delaware bay with a large deck. The lower level is the bedroom level and also has a family room with a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and massive game table for puzzles or card games. This floor also has a large deck. Living areas have numerous ceiling fans; as well as each bedroom. Water views from every window.
