Oak Bluffs house Rental Property Information

Our 'treehouse' is the tallest residence in the town of Oak Bluffs. Enjoy quiet and seclusion in this wooded setting, located in the exclusive Meadow View Farms community. There are panoramic views from the upper level, above the treetops. The bike path and MVTA (bus) are steps from the door, and bikes are provided. The beautiful Pecoy Point Preserve is an easy walk (or very short drive) and provides access to Sengekontacket pond for your canoe or kayak. Inside there are graceful, open spaces with large picture windows offering light and beautiful views. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with leather seating and oriental rugs, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom (top floor) 1 King bed Bedroom 2 (1st floor) 1 Queen bed Bedroom 3 (1st floor) 1 Sleep Sofa, double Bedroom 4 (1st floor) 1 King bed Bedroom 5 (1st floor) 2 Twin beds (day beds) Sofas in Den & Living room will sleep 3 more if needed.

The island of Martha's Vineyard, five miles off the coast of Cape Cod, is known for it's variety of beautiful land and seascapes, and the unique 'personalities' of its six towns. Unlike many seaside resorts areas, access and therefore crowds are limited. The Island has a commitment to natural preservation, with public access to many uninhabited and pristine environments. There are opportunities for a full range of boating experiences, from day-trips aboard 'tall ships' to kayaking to jet-ski rentals. Public transportation is excellent, and there are many miles of paved bike paths. Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven offer a variety of shopping (no 'chain' stores) and dining out opportunities range from pizza and Chinese to gourmet restaurants in every town. (Sorry, no fast-food chains here).
