Beautiful beachfront house situated on white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views. 13.5 km away from Chicxulub, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min north of the capital city of Merida. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath makes this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 10 adults very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom has a queen size bed, one has a king size bed, and three have queen Size beds. In addition, three bedrooms have air conditioners and hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. Wireless INTERNET and BBQ grill available upon request!
