NEWLY REMODELED AND DECORATED! High-Speed INTERNET! Destin (FL) boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and mid/high 60’s & 70's in winter. Nearly year around swimming at the beach or enjoy our pool. The beach is a short walk or ample parking at beach. You may fish (bass) in our backyard lake, Catch and release is great fun for the family. (eating of fish not recommended.) We have a beautiful, newly remodeled, beach villa which is open and roomy, perfectly located in the fabulous Sandestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. It sleeps up to 8 We have a private patio on a small lake for nice evening meals on the deck. New up-to-date kitchen, cabinets, appliances, lighting and tile floor for your convenience. There is a large pool very close to the villa and many other pools in the resort.

The delightful Sandestin Baytowne Warf Village,(walk-in) market place, is very nearby with glorious food and shopping, restaurants, plays, fireworks, regular live music live bands, civic events, candy shops, live music bars, clothing, jewelry etc...

This is a great family vacation with much for children of every age. Safe, gated community, pedestrian-friendly Sandestin has many special children's activities including Jolee Island with their own pirate ship to play on. Destin supports golf courses, deep sea fishing, a water slide park, Gulfarium, dolphin cruises, etc.. all within +/- 8 miles.
