Enjoy swimming, fishing (stocked twice yearly with trout and bass), morning coffee and evening refreshments on the dock with all the pleasures of nature (including our own ducks and Swan!). Open floor plan with breathtaking, panoramic pond views. This gem of a house is conveniently located near Mashpee Commons, Historic Sandwich Village and close to many of the Cape's finest beaches. Every year you will look forward to coming back to Pimlico Pond!

Weber Grill, Lovely Patio Dining Set, Bistro Table and Chairs on Dock, Flower Gardens. Our 2009 guests, will enjoy significant improvements to our already charming cottage. We are adding a beautiful courtyard with a grape arbor and flowering plants. We will also be purchasing a pedal boat for use by the whole family.

We love this house! The pond is spectacular. In the morning we enjoy the sun rising over the water while ducks and various water foul make their way looking for breakfast. the house is secluded yet located near everything! it's just a hop and skip over the Sagamore bridge and close to one of our favorite shopping areas some of the coolest restaurants anywhere—Mashpee Commons.
