Wonderful two-bedroom house located on quiet road in Old Saybrook’s Chalker Beach. Recently renovated with new kitchen, bath and central air conditioning, this house has stunning views of Long Island Sound across the salt marsh.
This bright and airy home has sliding glass doors that open onto an expansive wrap-around deck. One bedroom features a queen size bed and there are two twins in the second bedroom. There is a twin sized pull out in the family room on the lower level.
The house comes complete with all linens, towels, cable TV/DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas grill, beach chairs and central air conditioning.
The property has a large yard complete with a private outdoor shower. Take a short stroll to the private sandy beach past the quaint Chalker Beach General Store. The association clubhouse located on the beach has parking, restrooms, games, a library, and more. There are movies each week on the beach.
