Newly renovated 1920's historic bungalow in Beach Haven New Jersey. This was the carriage house to the Baldwin Hotel, the original Beach Haven attraction. The house is completely renovated and has an addition to the original structure. High 8-1/2' ceilings, spacious rooms with open floor plan give this house the perfect relaxing beach feel. The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath, 1 half bath and and enclosed outdoor shower. House is completely furnished. The bedrooms have one queen bed, one full bed and 5 twin beds. The living room is furnished with new furniture and high definition LCD TV with full HD digital cable package. Brand new wood flooring throughout with new Berber carpet in two bedrooms.

Local Attractions Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club area, 150 yards to the beach! Walk to the best restaurants, shopping, amusements, play house...all the attractions. The bird sanctuary is just a few miles to the south and Barnegate Light House is fun to see on the north end of the island.
